OBSERVATION REPORTS AND PHOTO DOCUMENTATION

If a picture is worth a thousand words then our observation reports are worth on average over twenty-five thousand words and photos can be seen in minutes from the convenience of your office computer or cell phone.

Photo documentation can be delivered via cloud computing on multiple platforms and host which allows anyone to see construction photos as they occur.

PAVING

Inspection of paving is crucial to the longevity, functionality, and overall aesthetics of a project.

Being prepared for inspection with the correct equipment is a must and we come fully equipped!

Truck tickets are pulled to ensure the correct materials are delivered and to verify quantities.

Temperatures are checked against the JMF's coming out of the truck and checked again to verify compaction is achieved before getting too cold.

Measure downs are taken to make sure maximum lift thicknesses are not exceeded and asphalt depth gauges (blue one shown in picture below) are used in the absence of a nuclear gauge technician to verify densities are being reached.

CONCRETE

Checking forms is imperative to ensure slopes tolerances are met and flow lines are maintained

ADA Compliance is nearly impossible to achieve without checking the slope of forms prior to a pour, also can save valuable construction time, materials, and avoid the possibility of litigation later.

Sidewalk and ramp slopes are rechecked to verify forms were not bumped during the pour.

Gutter slopes are rechecked to verify flow lines are maintained and puddles are not created.
