BUT WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP THE DESIGN AS SIMPLE AND COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. Below is an example using a WWHM model and Excel spreadsheets for analysis and sizing.
TREATMENT
We can and have helped clients navigate the complex requirements for treatment and use a variety of methods, including biofiltration units (Filterra - not pictured), MWS (modular wetland system - seen below), filter cartridge units (seen below), and more.
DETENTION
We have experience using a variety of methods, including vaults, ponds, pipes, and arched pipe (as can be seen below).
FLOW CONTROL
We analyze flow control with modeling software to meet jurisdiction requirements. We have designed orifice (seen below) and weir control structures.
ANALYSIS
We size stormwater facilities with WWHM continuous simulation, running iterations (seen below) until the orifice and weir control structures (seen above) meet the flow duration standard.
WWHM flow duration results: the mitigated design passes the storm requirements.
